Texas Best Appraisal, Inc - text messaging program. Texas Best Appraisal, Inc is a real estate appraisal firm in Longview, TX. We send text messages only about appraisal work we are doing for you or with you. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

What we text

• Inspection scheduling and reminders - to the property contact (owner, borrower, tenant or real estate agent): finding a time for the inspection, access details, confirmations, a reminder before the appointment, rescheduling.
• Order updates - to our clients and borrowers: order received, inspection scheduled, report delivered.
• Invoices and payments - the invoice with a secure payment link, a reminder if unpaid, and a receipt.
• Quotes - to people who ask us for an appraisal quote.

How you agree to receive texts

• You tick the unticked "I agree to receive text messages" box on our online quote or order form. It is optional and never ticked for you.
• You give us your mobile number yourself and tell us on the phone that texting is fine, or you text us first.
• If a lender, AMC or client gives us your number, we send one message: "Texas Best Appraisal, Inc: we're arranging the appraisal for [property address]. Reply YES to get texts about it, or STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply." Nothing more is sent unless you reply YES.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of an appraisal.

How we ask on the phone

Before we text anyone who agreed by phone, we ask: "May we text you at this number about the appraisal of [property address] - scheduling the inspection, reminders and updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help." We text only if you say yes, and we record your agreement (the date, the time, who agreed and who asked) on the appraisal file.

Message frequency varies with your appraisal - usually a few texts per order.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text to stop receiving texts; you will get one message confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or call (903) 918-6900 or email cameron@txbestappraisal.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and we never sell or buy it.
